In-Unit Service Program

LOCATION, LOCATION..

Skyline Square is in a great location. It is close to Route 7, Route 50, Interstate 395, and King Street; and it is on Metrobus lines that connect to several subway stations, providing service to various locations in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

IN UNIT SERVICE PROGRAM

The In-Unit Service Program gives residents a cost-effective way to address maintenance issues not covered by standard building maintenance. All services are performed by Skyline Square engineers, and are at the owner’s expense.

Property Security

Skyline Square takes building security very seriously, and participates in the Neighborhood Watch Program. Exterior building doors remain locked at all times, and entry is only by proximity card. Visitors must enter the building through the Lobby. Security is supplemented by a contracted security guard.

Cable and Wireless Internet

Skyline Square is a cable-ready community, and can accommodate service from local cable providers (e.g., Cox Communications, Verizon FiOS, and satellite TV companies). Skyline Square offers its’ residents free Wi-Fi in the North building Card Room / Library.
