Front Desk staff is available 24 hours a day to assist residents and guests with questions pertaining to parking, food deliveries, package deliveries (FedEx, UPS, Amazon Lasership, and U.S. Mail) and use of amenities.

The swimming pool opens on Memorial Day and closes Labor Day weekend. During pool season, two lifeguards are on duty. Admission to the pool is by pool pass.

The North and South buildings have separate mail rooms. U.S. Mail packages, that are too large to fit into mailboxes are held at the Front Desk for resident pickup.

Skyline Square is the perfect venue for a family event, graduation, or wedding. Two spacious Party Rooms may be rented, by owners or residents, for mid-size to large events. Party Rooms have tables and chairs, a bar, and full-size kitchens.

Stay fit using professional-quality exercise equipment in one of Skyline Square’s two Exercise Rooms. The North room is co-ed, and the South room has separate exercise areas for men and women. Steam rooms and saunas are also available.

Storage bins are available for each unit. They are located in locked areas of the building and vary in size.

Game rooms offer a great place to relax and have fun with friends and family. Required equipment for Billiards and Ping Pong is available at the Front Desk.

Both the North and South buildings have a Card Room; one is shared with the Library. Skyline Square has a lending Library where residents can relax and read, borrow a book, or use Wi-Fi Internet service. The Library shares the Card Room in the North Building.

Among our amenities is a multi-level parking garage. All units come with at least one assigned parking space (either inside or outside garage). Entry to the garage is by proximity card.

Skyline Square has a master antenna for local network channels. Individuals interested in cable TV and internet may set up an account with Cox Communications, Verizon, or satellite TV providers.
